The M&R Qwik-Klean automates one of the most labor-intensive jobs in a screen printing shop: cleaning squeegees and floodbars. A high-volume spray and a rotating holder assembly work together inside a single stainless-steel chamber, then a final fresh-water rinse removes chemical residue, so there is no post-cycle washing and less chemical wear on squeegee blades.

Each cycle handles up to 24 squeegees and floodbars up to 20" long. At three cycles per hour under optimal conditions, with ink scraped off first, that averages about 72 pieces cleaned per hour. This unit is the universal-slot version.

Cleaning chemicals are recirculated, lowering chemical use and operating cost and keeping employees out of direct contact with the cleaning process. A touchscreen control panel with onboard self-diagnostics saves and recalls cleaning recipes, a foot pedal and wide-opening lid make loading easy, and an audio buzzer signals when a cycle is complete.
