Overview
The M&R QUATRO CUTTER X is a DTF transfer film cutter built to work with the M&R QUATRO DTF Transfer Printing System. It automates cutting PET film after transfers are printed and cured, supporting one-piece-flow, just-in-time production.
A rotary wheel blade cuts along the X-axis of the film at up to 90 linear feet per hour, with consistent cuts and long-lasting sharpness. An optic reflective sensor reads crop marks for accurate linear cutting, and a color touchscreen makes setting up cut commands simple.
The CUTTER X can also run on its own as a standalone cutting solution after DTF printing and curing.
