Overview
The M&R Orbiter is a rotary heat transfer machine engineered for Direct to Film (DTF) application and designed to pair with M&R's QUATRO DTF line. This configuration has eight stations and three heat presses, with the operator loading transfers and peeling by hand.
The rotary indexing base splits press time across multiple heat press platens, so while one garment is under heat the operator is loading the next. Waiting time becomes pressing time, and output goes well beyond a traditional single-platen heat press, with the precise pressure and speed control DTF application needs.
The Orbiter draws on 40 years of M&R carousel engineering, with heavy-duty steel construction and a full-color touchscreen. It runs as a standalone heat transfer solution or as part of a QUATRO DTF system, and M&R also builds it with automatic place and peel stations for shops that want to automate loading and unloading later.
