12-station, 10-color automatic production at up to 85 dozen per hour, built and backed by M&R.
Overview
The M&R Hornet is a 12-station, 10-color automatic textile screen printing press with a 16" x 18" maximum image area and print speeds of up to 85 dozen per hour. It is built for shops moving up to automatic production or adding capacity, and it delivers the durability, registration and support M&R presses are known for at a more accessible price point.
Operators run the Hornet from a 7.5" high-resolution touchscreen with an icon-based layout and built-in, multi-language tutorial screens, so new crew members get up to speed without digging through manuals. A servo-drive indexer gives smooth, quiet, repeatable indexing, brushless electric printheads deliver a consistent print stroke, and integrated Management Production Reporting (MPR) software tracks output.
Every Hornet comes standard with pneumatic screen clamps and locks, tool-free squeegee and floodbar angle adjustments, independent off-contact on each head, micro-registration with visual guides and M&R's Laser Locator for fast garment positioning. It is backed by M&R's five-year limited warranty and a technical support hotline staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
